Not far from Bankstown, Kelso Park has a great little shared path for walkers, runners and riders!

There’s plenty of places to begin, with our chosen starting point being just off Lawson Street near Killara Reserve. Head south until you cross a small creek bridge and then chuck a right. Continue riding further and you’ll pass plenty of playgrounds, basketball courts and football fields - maybe you’ll be up for some extra activities along the way! There are also lots of benches to stop at if you need a rest.

Before you cross over from Kelso Park South to Kelso Park North, you’ll catch a glimpse of the lovely George’s River and Kelso Beach Reserve. The home stretch has you riding on a path beside Henry Lawson Drive so if you’ve got little ones you might want to turn around after you pass the Georges River Softball Association.
